Studio Contract Policies (Private Lessons)
Please read the following policies. This is a contract of agreement. A student will be registered after payment for the month’s tuition and the contract policies will be considered agreed to.
Tuition Payment Monthly tuition is due by the first lesson of each month.
A late fee will be charged on the next month’s statement if payment is not received by the second lesson.
Payments for lessons can be made by e-mail transfer to gfreeman6591@gmail.com. Cancellation 1 day advance notice is required to cancel lesson. If a lesson is cancelled on the day their will no make-up lesson. Email, Text or Call 604-802-4832.
Lesson must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of cancelation.
If lesson is missed due to student being ill, there will be a make-up lesson within two weeks or 1 lesson will be added to the end of the schedule.
If the teacher must miss a lesson due to illness or a scheduling conflict, that lesson will be made up in 2 weeks or 1 lesson will be added to the end of the schedule.
Group Lessons (Band, Jazz/Rock Band)
In addition to the above policies, once monthly or yearly payment has been made, refunds will be given only for medical reasons and must be requested by the parent.
